Return Policy:

If you would like to return merchandise, our team will be happy to assist you. The following criteria must be met in order to make a return:

1. The return must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
2. The products must be in new condition in their original and unopened packaging.
3. The products cannot be a discontinued item.
4. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
5. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

When requesting a return, please email info@systainersystems.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and photos of the merchandise you would like to send back. Our team will give your further instructions once an RMA has been opened for your order. Do not ship any items back to us without instructions and a return address from our team.

systainer® cases and accessories, including catches and handles, are guaranteed to be free of any manufacturer defects for 5 years.

These warranties are automatic and don't require any registration.

If you would like to file a manufacturer warranty claim, please send an email to info@systainersystems.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos. Our team will give you further instructions.

Systainer Systems will arrange for the product to be refunded or replaced at our discretion.
